No, yer eyes ain't playin' games on you.....this started sometime last night, just before a handful of us decended upon the Northern Lights...(where slide shows,yoga, etc. happen...), to watch "RIVERS AND TIDES", about the artist Andy Goldsworthy. He is amazing to me...and embodies the artistic struggle in such a simple and pure example...so unfettered (for the most part it seems...), by all the gallery-type things that have come to represent the artists' path....SEE THIS FILM!!! There were times I almost cried, it is so beautiful...
So this morning has changed...
Things that were familiar...ordinary...unnoticed...take on new roles...unintentional sculptures....
To my mother: YES, I DO HAVE ENOUGH CLOTHING.
To evryone: Happy easter.
(There is a cool Easter tradition here at P-land, by the way... All the different classes make easter eggs out of their medium...iron, glass, clay, etc., and after brunch on eatser day...there is a massive search underway to find and claim them... there are a few I have my eye on...if I can bribe the right person....)

in seattle, it was a balmy
75 degrees yesterday.
people went kind of crazy.
i went to work in flip flops.
well,
hammering on iron at the forge
should keep you warm.
At this point, I only like snow if I can ski on it. It's melting fast here: +50 today!
